Essential Job Functions
Enters more complex commands on computers, tape drives, printers, data communications equipment, and plotters to integrate and operate equipment. Establishes and/or revises operating procedures as necessary.
Interfaces with customers to ensure that servers are functioning and to gather information about more complex server requirements. Interfaces with vendors as appropriate to expedite problem resolution.
Researches peripheral equipment and error messages displayed on monitor to detect faulty output or machine stoppage. Tests, evaluates, and resolves more complex equipment problems and system outages, and escalates issues as necessary to maintain job production.

Performs more complex scheduled, such as daily, weekly, or nightly, backups on systems in order to maintain production.
Takes printers and terminals in and out of service as required, and assists in resolving more complex hardware related problems in the data center. Coordinates the movement of equipment and assets in order to maintain production.
Monitors customer data file restores to ensure that data are current and accurate.
Analyzes and evaluates incident reports and makes recommendations to reduce incident rate. Utilizes standard problem management tools to record discrepancies in the environment.
Assists workers in classifying, cataloging, and maintaining tapes to oversee and maintain computer operations.
Basic Qualifications
High school diploma or G.E.D.
Two or more years of technical training in computer operations or related field preferred
Six or more years of computer operations experience

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Physically and systematically receives/acquires incoming firearms and using ARMS systems by close of business each day. Verifies gun accuracy to /from steel of gun to box, to receiving documents and manifests.
Disposes firearms shipped/transferred to licensed dealers, or stores, and for verifying disposition data fed from the Electronic 4473 to ARMS by close of business each day.
Conducts monthly firearms Audit.
Ensures proper completion of ATF required forms, applicable state forms necessary for background checks, certifying and screening all potential firearm transfers for legality of the sale, complying with waiting periods or other possible state requirements, and preventing possible straw purchases.
Participates in ongoing training including, but not limited to firearms and shooting product information, diverse shooting discipline awareness, systems training, compliance related training, and selling skills/techniques.
Ensures all firearms are acquired and disposed safely utilizing company protocols, proper and error free completion of all company forms properly storing/locating, cleaning and preparation of firearms for retail sale, working replenishment of firearms to the sales floor, properly packaging and shipping firearms in accordance with federal/state laws and company policy, safely checking/clearing firearms received by customers or via shipment, as well as mounting accessories/optics to firearms.

This role in summary
Whirlpool Corporation is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Sr. Maintenance Engineer position in our Maintenance organization. The role is based at our Tulsa, OK location. Provide engineering support for day-to-day maintenance activities. Coordinate short-term improvement projects and provide direction on maintenance activities such as rebuilds, overhauls, etc. Provide accurate and timely insight in the performance of maintenance activities and give feedback to mechanical teams on performance and improvement opportunities. Work with production teams to provide support for improvement on items identified as main opportunities for improvement.
Your responsibilities will include
Executing engineering/maintenance projects on time and within budget
Assisting in the implementation of World Class Manufacturing methodology
Improving mechanic and repair effectiveness, monitoring contractor repair effectiveness, and improving on-stream time and reliability of the facility
Review and develop safety and maintenance procedures
Daily and weekly maintenance execution review and improvement
Identify and improve shortfalls to goal in safety, reliability, cost, or quality
Assist Supervisors and Planners in training and directing craftsmen
Act as interface between Operations and Maintenance, Engineering, and other groups as necessary
Recommend, review, and justify maintenance expenditures and capital expenditures
Serve as technical resource to maintenance team
Draft, update, and approve SMP's in coordination with Maintenance group
Serve as initiative lead where assigned
Minimum requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
3+ years engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
Preferred skills and experiences
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
Previous experience with parts/equipment procurement and expediting processes.
Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Knowledge of mechanical power transmission, valves, piping, electrical power distribution, hydraulic and pneumatic system
Knowledge of electrical construction, code requirements, and troubleshooting techniques.

Perform transmission protection and control (P&C) engineering activities for 4kV thru 765KV electrical substation projects.
Prepare and/or review P&C engineering settings and designs for electrical substation projects.
Prepare and Review Relay Setting Calculation Sheets, Setting Files and other relay setting deliverables for substation projects.
Review and prepare project scopes and cost estimates, and participate in project scheduling, resource planning, and cost control for assigned projects.
Provide engineering support for project installation, commissioning, checkout and troubleshooting.
Provide general P&C technical support, as needed, including the technical interfaces with Telecomm, Operations, Transmission Region Operations, Station Engineering, Transmission Planning and Project Management.

Job Description
Responsible for the effective planning, organization, implementation and integration of Smart Grid systems with field operations. Accountable for identifying, prioritizing and evaluating the system functionality for the Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) to support and assist field operations. In addition, the team will provide AMI data analytics and AMI Systems Support through management of System Analysts and Field Communications, plus integration with the AMI Network monitoring. Along with the Smart Grid field systems, the position will support the customer web portal and customer programs for the business.
Responsible for the coordination of the Business Unit and Operating Company's strategic activities to ensure all barriers to the most efficient operation of Smart Grid systems for field operations. This includes completion of projects managed in accordance with standard and acceptable Project Management methodologies. Accountable for overcoming all obstacles to successfully implement projects, processes and procedures within budget and on-schedule. Responsible for delivering the required benefits from the deployed technologies while maximizing the level of field operations satisfaction and customer experience. Develop, implement, and operate a GIS project tracking mapping solution to ensure materials and resources are deployed in the right location at the right time.
Manage the PSO Distribution Reliability Engineering Team responsible for supporting distribution grid technologies, providing technical support to ensure power quality is maintained on PSO's electrical distribution system, and supporting new customer connections and load requests. The team's activities will include supporting equipment required for PSO's Conservation Voltage Reduction (CVR) and Distribution Automation Circuit Reconfiguration (DACR) systems on the distribution system, technical studies such as fault current studies and motor start studies, system coordination, and leading large customer load requests.
Essential job functions:
Advise and assist in the design, develop and implementation of programs and processes to ensure full functionality of the Smart Grid systems and delivering the associated customer and field operational benefits.
Builds and manages deployment project costs and schedules.
Ensure efficient, reliable and cost-effective use of SSNI UIQ SaaS AMI back-office system.
Responsible on ongoing assessment and adjustment to ensure adequate scaling of UIQ for additional AMI meters for current and future deployments.
Responsible for recommending and oversight of production and additional environments for testing, development and disaster recovery for various Smart Grid systems. Coordinate system integration of MDM, CIS, OMS, UIQ and Web Portal both initially and during any upgrade or system replacement.
Review and recommend adjustments to the Meter Data Manager (MDM), CIS, OMS, UIQ systems as well as related integrations as an outcome of deployment activities and operational conditions. Conduct process enhancement reviews to ensure best practices and accelerate operation improvements.
Must possess the ability to identify the need for change, analyze the current processes, obtain commitment and support and create improvement strategies. Requires the ability to communicate with all levels of leadership and staff.
Develop and maintain processes for the integration of the data collected by the meter installation contractors to ensure accurate captures of As Is' and To Be' circumstances.
Review and recommend upgrades to improve deployment and operational activities for gridScape. Manage deployment and operational cyber security reviews and penetration testing to ensure security and identify vulnerabilities. Protect against unauthorized and unintended access change or destruction.
Review and recommend processes to respond and resolve ongoing AMI Network operational needs. Oversee transfer of AMI data to customer web portal to ensure accuracy and proper upload. Responsible for implementing and adjusting technology and processes for AMI net metering that encourages energy use habits that benefit the grid and enhance the overall customer experience.
Responsible for the implementation of a business analytics tool Oversee and track progress of IT efforts to ensure success of the TOU Transition Plan and moving customers to alternate TOU CRES options. Oversee and track progress of IT efforts to deploy and manage a CRES data portal Oversee and track progress of IT efforts to implement TOU PJM Settlements using AMI interval data.
Manage technology and processes to ensure full utilization of Smart Grid Systems and to adjust with technology changes to ensure these systems meet the needs of technology projects. Responsible for ongoing operations of all Smart Grid systems and to recommend changes to streamline operational needs.
Responsible for back-office analysis of the AMI system to ensure positive customer experience and operational efficiencies. Review and integrate AMI systems/data into the outage management systems (OMS) to ensure best practices for field operations and customer notifications.
Oversee technology advances and recommend new or operational adjustments to Smart Grid systems to meet all customer and operational changes.
Oversee daily operations of Field Communications. Find ways to enhance work processes and procedures of Field Communications to align with Smart Grid technologies while maintaining Regulatory compliance.
Manage daily operations of System Analysts, including support of the AMI Systems for field operations. Implement processes and procedures taking full advantage of AMI Systems and data to support field operations, revenue protection, DACR/VVO and data reporting organizations along with customer experience.
Knowledge of the state's collections processes and procedures for disconnect for non-payment.

Minimum Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Information Technology or a related discipline required.
Experience:

Responsibilities
The Application Developer is responsible for the following:
Develop an in-depth knowledge of the company's Energy Trade Risk Management (ETRM) related application portfolio, development tools, and development procedures.
Actively participate in the development and review of business and system requirements to obtain a thorough understanding of business needs in order to deliver robust solutions.
Provide level of effort and duration estimates for schedule planning. The Developer is expected to proactively manage activities to deliver required work on time.
Design application solutions that fully implement the business requirements.
Develop high quality software code in accordance with established company standards and development guidelines.
Produce technical documentation that accurately and thoroughly depicts the software design and code base.

What you'll do on a typical day:
Efficiently sort, handle, load and unload palletized and non-palletized freight

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the appropriate recruitment and development strategy of staff and/or Independent Contractors/Drivers.
Evaluate staff and/or Independent Contractors performance - modifying and/or abandoning strategies and/or tactics as necessary.
Establish and maintain effective communication and relationships with customers. Ensure a positive Customer Experience for both internal and external customers.
Ensure that practices, policies and procedures are enforced and consistently implemented.
Schedule and participate in negotiations with Vendors, Contractors and Service Providers to secure best value/service standards are met.
Responsible for creating and maintaining a safe working environment and espousing and teaching a culture of safety.
Actively review KPIs and ensure process improvement strategies are identified and incorporated.
Conduct regularly scheduled team meetings and training sessions designed to inform and improve upon performance of staff members and/or Independent Contractors.
Assist in developing plan of annualized equipment, vehicle, and staffing needs for budgetary purposes as applicable.
Display active involvement in P&L performance, ensuring decisions and practices coincide with budgetary goals.
Develop, recommend, and manage annual operation budget, by working actively in the budget process.
Drive initiatives that contribute to long-term excellence.
Responsible for compliance with Local, Federal and State legislation pertaining to personnel, equipment, vehicle and building matters.
Coordinates, resolves, and responds to issues as they pertain to the Operations Performance.
Ensure accurate and timely driver pay and ensure ethical and equitable practices are followed.
Monitor Quality Control Scores and address scores with Independent Contractors/Drivers and any other appropriate team members.
Ensure Independent Contractors/Drivers are appropriately qualified with all required documentation and licensing prior to performing work for the company.
QUALIFICATONS

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

What You Will Do In Your Role
Actively participate in the behavior-based safety program including observations, pre-job checklists, audits, inspections, training and meetings
Set-up and operation of CNC press brake
Reading and interpreting blueprints and drawings
Producing parts and completing tasks according to specifications, maintaining accuracy and efficiency
All parts will be formed to blueprint specifications. Exceptions will be documented and approved by appropriate personnel
Improve department efficiency and eliminate waste by improved visual systems, standard work instructions, set-up reduction, organization, and other continuous improvement or lean initiatives
Cross-train to become effective on all other Sheetmetal Shop equipment and required processes. Freely share your knowledge with others to ensure optimum department efficiency
Accurate and timely compliance with all documentation requirements for inspections, material traceability, labor charges or other administrative responsibilities
Maintain >85% direct labor utilization

Job Summary
Responsible for the Loss Prevention activities related to the detection, apprehension and processing of shoplifters. Diligently set an example of what it means to be an employee owner who makes excellent business minded decisions aimed at controlling loss and helping the company protect profits. Assist store management in maintaining a safe environment for our customers, vendors, and employees. Provide presence and professionalism aimed at de-escalating situations that arise within the store. Assist internal Loss Prevention staff conducting various investigations. Perform related work.
Typical Duties and Responsibilities
Demonstrates professionalism and excellent judgement in a fast paced retail environment.
Detects, apprehends and processes shoplifters in accordance with company policies and local laws/regulations.
Contributes to the safe resolution of concerning situations within the store using verbal de-escalation techniques paired with professional presence.
Prepares and submits reports involving investigations and Loss Prevention (LP) matters.
Researches and archives general liability incidents via C.C.T.V.
Participates in internal company investigations.
Testifies at legal and court proceedings on behalf of the company.
Works with local, state and government agencies regarding company matters.
Participates in maintenance of loss prevention and safety programs.
Conducts loss prevention audits.
Detects, investigates and reports hazardous workplace incidents and issues.
Provides store support by promoting loss prevention and safety awareness.
Provides LP training to store staff.
Maintains loss prevention office and equipment to established standards.
Identifies and troubleshoots and reports issues with C.C.T.V. equipment.
Requirements
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience:
